Everything was perfect, amicable staff, particularly nice views of the beach. The room was neat and bright, enjoyed my big bed. The hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location, walk from a railway station. The property was near the beach.

Location of the hotel (rooms with sea view, 3rd floor), swimming pool outside and inside very large and there was a whirlpool. The beach is only 5 minutes away. Breakfast English was good, dinner (menu selection) very good! Free parking!
You could not exchange foreign currency in the hotel!

Relatively large room for 2 people. Garden and sea views were very nice. Breakfast was very good for English standards. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden with pool.
The balcony could not be used due to pigeon droppings. We tried it once and were immediately attacked by pigeon fleas. The pigeons themselves did not disturb the night's sleep.

location is very beautiful, directly at the boscombe pier and only a few steps to the beach through the house garden. pool and jacuzzi are ok. bar has a good selection of drinks and small snacks. Bournemouth is a half hour walk along the beach.
hotel is altogether very old, the cleanliness (e. g. windows) leaves a lot to be desired. breakfast is very british and there is the same every day (toast, sausages, tomatoes, eggs, yogurt, fruit, honey etc. hotel entrance through the garden is open in the evening until 22:00 o'clock, unfortunately it was closed before, so we had to make a big detour around the hotel. wellness area is only open until 20:00 o'clock.

Super heated outdoor pool, very nice big garden. Direct access to the beach promenade . Located directly at the Boscombe Pier.
The room did not have a mini bar. The water pressure of the shower was bad. There was no hairdryer.

Really appreciated how friendly staff were towards me, husband and our 14 months old son. High Tea was included in the room rate and we were allowed to bring him down to have dinner with us from 7 to 9pm. There were loads of children and activities for them. Access to the beach from the bottom of the hotel - which was great. The restaurant looks really stylish and had amazing views. We were allocated a room just over the function room but staff was willing to give us an updgrade (room with a balcony with sea view) to avoid being disturbed by the noise. No time restriction to use the pool with our son. All in all it is a great hotel.

Old elevator and the beautiful garden. Rooms were a good size. The perfect accommodation for us for one night.
Unfortunately was not directly in Bournemouth, but very idyllic location

Excellent value for money. The walk down to the seafront at Boscombe is lovely. Breakfast was excellent in fact the whole experience was really a perfect break from home.

The view from the room during the airshow was amazing, and the outdoor pool provided a perfect relaxation spot. Staff were courteous, promptly accommodating our request for a king bed. The breakfast could offer a broader selection for the price, and the lack of air conditioning was a drawback for a three-star hotel.

Location of the hotel is super. Over the great garden one was very fast at the beautiful sand beach. (3 km to the centre). Rooms with partly sea view and balcony were very large. Staff friendly, food we have not tested. Parking spaces were available. We would have liked to stay longer
nothing.
